Proudly operating my embroidery business in a small town in Central Alabama for the past 3 years. I am a full time Paralegal doing Insurance Defense. It is my dream to do embroidery full time.
I have been married to my hubby for 24 years. We have a total of 5 kids (young adults) and 4 Grands. My husband and I have a German Shepherd puppy that we have nick named "Crazy Train" LOL.
I love doing embroidery but I also love family time. If I am not with family or working you will catch me out on the water doing some fishing.
Delivery & Returns
RETURN POLICY: There are no returns or exchanges on any of our personalized items. Once we add designs to our materials, the design cannot be undone. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color thread you chose; or because our processing time was not noted at the time you placed an order. Our processing time 10-15 business day.
IF the item is not personalized, we do have a 14 day return policy. The only exception to this is e.g. Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day) If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it or offer you a refund. If we have made a mistake, please contact us ASAP. Please remember we are human and make mistakes. Your item will only be remade/refunded if you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving your item.
SHIPPING DELAYS: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by labor disruptions, weather events, or other factors beyond our control. The shop is also not responsible for any damage done by shipping company.
FEES: Customers are responsible for the cost associated with returns and exchanges. These fees are not covered by the shop.
